Refund & Replacement Policy
At BeVita™, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed.
However, if your item arrives damaged due to packaging or shipping issues, we’re happy to send a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement:

You must email us at support@reajoyce.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging in your email.

Once verified, we will issue a one-time replacement of the same item.
We do not offer replacements for orders reported damaged after the 48-hour window, or for products that have been opened or used.
